Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made for 10,571,033 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, pursuant to the conversion of 10,571,033 B shares of 1 pence each to Ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary share capital of the Company will commence on 17 July 2009.
For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following conversion of the B shares above the Company will have 72,735,920 shares in issue, comprising 64,833,081 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each which are admitted to trading on AIM, and 7,902,839 B shares of 1 pence each which are not admitted to trading on AIM. All shares have equal voting rights.
