Penna Consulting PLC23 February 2006 Penna Consulting plc ("Penna") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for the admission of 334,234 ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid,ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.Admission is expected to become effective on 24 February 2006. The shares are being listed to satisfy deferred consideration as a result of theacquisition of Target Holdings AS in November 2000 and in connection with theexercise of options under the companies SAYE share option scheme.
