Edinburgh Oil & Gas PLC15 June 2005 BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION Pursuant to its Company Share Option Plan 1998 ("Company Plan") and ExecutiveShare Option Scheme 1998 ("Executive Scheme"), Edinburgh Oil & Gas plc announcesthat it has made a block listing application for 527,000 Ordinary Shares of 5peach in the Company. Of these shares, 12,000 relate to the Company Plan and515,000 relate to the Executive Scheme.
