Torotrak PLC14 September 2005 Torotrak plc ("the Company") Listing Application & Director/PDMR interests 14 September 2005 Application has been made today for 42,857 ordinary shares of 10p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
