Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to be listed under a block listing pursuant to the Company's SAYE share option scheme, to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. Dealings are expected to commence on 4 March 2011.
