JUST EAT plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for a Block listing of 4,427,414 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.
The Block listing consists of 4,427,414 Shares to be issued as and when exercised in relation to existing awards under the Company Share Option Plan. When issued, the Shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company. Admission is expected to occur on the 13 November 2015.
