White Young Green PLC17 September 2007 White Young Green Plc ("WYG") Following the acquisition of Nolan Ryan Partnership announced on 29 June 2006,additional consideration of €4,000,000 (£2,735,416.81) is payable by WYG, being€1,600,000 (£1,094,166.72) in cash and €2,400,000 (£1,641,250.09) beingsatisfied by the issue of 350,693 ordinary shares of 5p each. Application has been made for the above shares in WYG to be admitted to theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London StockExchange.
