Lupus Capital PLC21 December 2006 Lupus Capital plc Application has been made for 292,063 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London StockExchange's AIM market for listed securities ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are those issued to Mr Michael Jackson and Mr RolandTate in relation to their annual fees for their services as non-executive directors of the Company.
