GB Group PLC10 January 2006 10 January 2006 GB Group Plc (the "Company") Exercise of Options and Additional Listing The Company announces today that an employee of the Company has exercisedoptions over a total of 35,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company("Shares") under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. The exercise priceof the options were as follows: • 15,000 shares at 11.75 pence per share; and • 20,000 shares at 14.25 pence per share Accordingly, an application has been made for 35,000 new Shares to be admittedto the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange'smarket for listed securities and the listing is expected to take place on 13January 2006.
