Additional Listing

Serco Group plc Additional Listing Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 300,000 ordinary shares of 2p each totrade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of theCompany. Shares from this application will be issued under the Executive Share OptionScheme and the Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
