Evolution Group PLC20 December 2007 The Evolution Group Plc Additional Listing - Block List 20 December 2007 The Evolution Group Plc announces that an application has today been made to theUK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission to theOfficial List of a block listing of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in TheEvolution Group PLC. These shares, which rank pari passu with the existingordinay shares of 1p in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordancewith the allotment of Matching and Free shares under The Evolution Group PLC2003 Share Incentive Plan.
