18 April 2005GROUP 4 SECURICOR PLCBLOCK LISTING APPLICATIONApplication has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for a block listing of 1,350,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to tradeon the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofGroup 4 Securicor plc.The shares under the block listing are to be issued under the SecuricorExecutive Share Option Scheme.
