Epic Group PLC09 February 2005 Epic Group Plc9th February 2005 Epic Group Plc ('Epic' or the 'Company') Additional Listing & Directors Dealings The Company today announces that on 8th February 2005 Ian Ritchie, non-executivedirector, exercised options over 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany (the 'Shares') at an exercise price of 15 pence per share. Mr. Ritchiewill retain all of the Shares. Application has been made for the Shares to be listed on the AlternativeInvestment Market of the London Stock Exchange. Following the admission totrading of the Shares, the Company will have a total of 23,543,103 ordinaryshares in issue. As a result of this transaction Mr Ritchie now holds 180,000 ordinary Epicshares, representing approximately 0.7 per cent of the Company's issued sharecapital.
