Signet Group PLC14 May 2007 Signet Group plc A block listing application has been made for 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.9US cents each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Signet Groupplc US Share Option Plan 2003.
