Halfords Group PLC17 May 2007 17th May 2007 Halfords Group Plc (the "Company") Block Listing of Shares Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in HalfordsGroup plc. These shares are being allotted to trade on the London Stock Exchangeand to be admitted to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company'sobligations under the Halfords Company Share Option Scheme (5,000,000 shares)and the Halfords Company Sharesave Scheme (1,000,000 shares).
