Additional Listing

Application has been made to the High Growth Segment of the London Stock Exchange for a Block listing of 5,456,802 ordinary shares of £0.01 each.

The Block listing consists of 2,516,667 shares to be issued as and when exercised under the Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) Scheme and 2,940,135 shares to be issued as and when exercised under the Company Share Option Plan. When issued, the shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
