PENNON GROUP PLC (THE" COMPANY")

ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for the admission of 2,688,225 Ordinary shares of 40.7 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List. The application has been made pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative in lieu of cash for the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2010. It is expected that admission and trading will commence on 8 October 2010.

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
