Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 21 December 2010 that an employee of the Company has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each as the result of the exercise of 50,000 options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 31 December 2010.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 131,901,264.
