Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority (UKLA) and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 800,000 ordinary shares of 17.5 pence each in the capital of NEX Group plc (the "Company") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The shares will be issued to satisfy the exercise of share options pursuant to the following share schemes:
