Huntsworth PLC14 September 2006 Huntsworth plc ("Huntsworth" or "the Company") Scrip dividend / Additional listing Pursuant to the proposed final dividend of 1.2p per ordinary share announced on20 April 2006, the Company announces that it has received valid elections for ascrip dividend alternative in respect of 293,107 new ordinary shares of 50p eachin the capital of the Company ("New Shares"). Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for the New Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to tradingon the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ('Admission'). It isexpected that Admission will occur on 15 September 2006. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 50peach.
