IMI PLC28 June 2005 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 1,447,103 Ordinary shares of 25p each totrade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company. The Block listings consist of 463,103 shares to be issued under the IMI SAYEShare Option (1994) Scheme, 484,000 shares under the IMI Executive Share Option(1995) Scheme and 500,000 shares to be issued under the IMI Share OwnershipPlan.
