Robert Walters PLC27 February 2006 Robert Walters plc Additional Listing 27 February 2006 Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of 100,000ordinary shares of 20p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with theexisting ordinary shares in issue, are being issued pursuant to the exercise ofemployee share options.
