Tribal Group PLC08 December 2005 Tribal Group plc 8 December 2005 Tribal Group plc Application has been made for the admission of 3,155,416 new ordinary shares of5p each in Tribal Group plc (the "New Tribal Shares") to the Official List ofthe UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The New Tribal Shares have been issued by way of further consideration pursuantto earn-out arrangements (and redemption of loan notes issued as consideration)in respect of the acquisitions of shares detailed below.
