Centrica PLC23 January 2007 Centrica plc -------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange Plc for a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of6 14/81 pence each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 25 January 2007 and thattrading will commence 26 January 2007.
