BTG plc - Additional Listing

BTG plc (LSE:BTG) announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 130,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the BTG Sharesave Plan, 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the BTG US Stock Purchase Plan and 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the BTG Executive Share Option Plan, to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will commence on 12 May, 2015.
