Additional Listing

Wolseley plc

Application has been made for a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These ordinary shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Wolseley Employee Savings Related Option Scheme 2010.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares of 10p each of the Company
