Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights

NCC Group announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 10,002 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in relation to the Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Scheme and Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") Scheme. These shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List on 24 March 2011 and will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights following the listing will be 34,052,997.
