Land Securities Group Plc22 September 2005 Land Securities Group PLC -------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 660,503 ordinary shares of 10p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 26 September 2005 and trading willcommence on 27 September 2005. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underthe Land Securities Savings Related Share Option Scheme (30,451) and the LandSecurities Executive Share Option Scheme (630,052).
