SIG PLC11 April 2006 SIG plc (the "Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for admission to the Official List for a block listing of 200,000Ordinary Shares of 10p each. These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares inissue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the rules ofthe SIG plc Long Term Incentive Plan. These shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rulesallow.
