Additional Listing

Application has been made for 1,200,000 Ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, pursuant to the conversion of 1,200,000 B shares of 1 penny each to Ordinary shares of 1 penny each. It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary share capital of the Company will commence on 24 June 2013.

Following the conversion of these B shares to Ordinary shares the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 63,482,122 shares which will be divided into 62,942,122 Ordinary shares of 1 penny each which are admitted to trading on AIM, and 540,000 B shares of 1 penny each which are not admitted to trading on AIM. All shares have equal voting rights.
