GB Group PLC07 December 2005 7 December 2005 GB Group Plc (the "Company") Exercise of Options and Additional Listing The Company announces today that an employee of the Company has exercisedoptions over a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company("Shares") under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. The exerciseprices of the options are as follows: 30,000 shares at 11.75 pence per share; and 20,000 shares at 14.25 pence per share. Accordingly, an application has been made for 50,000 new Shares to be admittedto the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange'smarket for listed securities and the listing is expected to take place on 12December 2005. Following this listing application the number of shares in issue will be81,270,571.
