Aggreko PLC (the "Company") announced on 15 May 2015 that it intends to exercise its power set out in article 6A(G)(i) of the Company's articles of association to convert all outstanding B shares into ordinary shares in the Company (the "Conversion"). The Conversion will take place on 28 May 2015. Following the Conversion all outstanding B shares will cease to exist.

The Company announces that a listing application has been made for up to 12,776 ordinary shares of 4 329/395 pence each in the Company arising out of the Conversion to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the shares is expected on 29 May 2015.
