De La Rue PLC28 July 2005 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 818,616 Ordinary shares to trade on theLondon Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.This application relates to the Company's Share Consolidation and the admissionof the shares is expected to commence on 1 August 2005.
