Additional Listing

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 143,088 Ordinary shares of €0.0005 each, to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. These shares have been issued and allotted under the Company's Performance Share Plan today.

It is expected that admission of these shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 20 March 2017.
