Additional Allotment and New Issue

Begbies Traynor Group plc ("the Group"), announces that it has today applied to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for an additional listing of 347,974 Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

These shares will be issued and allotted pursuant to the Eddisons Employee Shareholder Scheme.

Admission of these shares is expected to occur on 8 March 2019 following which the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights is 111,464,344. The Group does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
