Addendum to Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting

On 20 October 2014 China Growth Opportunities Limited (AIM: CGOP) sent to Shareholders a letter enclosing its notice of annual general meeting (the "AGM Notice") to be held on 6 November 2014 at the offices of Elysium Fund Management Limited, 1st Floor, Royal Chambers, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3JX, at 11 a.m. (the "2014 AGM").

The Company has today sent an addendum to Shareholders confirming that Resolution 5 set out in the AGM Notice, to amend the Company's memorandum and articles of incorporation, is to be proposed as a Special Resolution requiring 75 per cent. approval of Shareholders voting at the 2014 AGM.
