Notice of Interim Results

British Sky Broadcasting Group plc will be announcing Interim Results for the six months ended 31 December 2011 via RNS, at 7.00 a.m. (GMT) on Tuesday 31 January 2012.

There will be a presentation for analysts and investors at 9.00 a.m (GMT) at Deutsche Bank, Great Winchester Street, London, EC2N 2DB. CEO, Jeremy Darroch and CFO, Andrew Griffith, will present.
