Adamind Completes First Stage of Multiple Capacity Upgrade Agreements with Carrier in the U.S.

Adamind (LSE: ADA) ("Adamind" or the "Company"), a global supplierof software that enables mobile multimedia content and convergedcommunications services to be experienced over any device or network,announces that it has completed the first stage of a multiple capacityupgrade agreement with a carrier customer in the U.S through one ofits Multimedia Messaging Service Center (MMSC) OEM channels. £ This agreement will generate revenues of approximately $500k forAdamind and are factored into the revenue guidance for full year 2006provided by the Company on 30 August 2006. £ Shailendra Jain, CEO of Adamind said: "These capacity upgradesdemonstrate that operators are seeing an increase in MMS traffic andexpect this to rise further over the holiday season.
