Moscow, Russia - 07 December 2017 - Sistema PJSFC ("Sistema" or "the Corporation") (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS), a publicly traded diversified Russian holding company, notes the press release published today by Rosneft regarding a lawsuit filed today against Sistema and its subsidiary Sistema-Invest seeking damages in the amount of RUB 131,639,012,421. At the present moment, Sistema has not received the claim of Rosneft and PJSOC Bashneft referred to in Rosneft's press release, and considers the allegations set out in that press release to be baseless and unlawful. Sistema will provide an update to the market in due course.
