Dalata Hotel Group plc

("Dalata" or the "Company" or the "Group")

Dalata Hotel Group plc is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission ("CCPC") to acquire the Clayton Hotel in Galway city, Whites Hotel in Wexford and the Pillo Hotel & Spa in Galway city. These acquisitions are now expected to close in due course.
