United Business Media acquires Belgian healthcare IT solutions business United Business Media plc announced today that it has acquired MeXi Solutions,a secure communication and data access solutions provider to the Belgianhealthcare industry, for a total cash consideration of ¢â€š¬2.65m.Mexi Solutions provides a suite of secure, integrated digital communication,information sharing and access workflow products. The products are highlycomplementary to CMPMedica Belgium's existing Medibridge electroniccommunication service.
