COMPLETION OF ACQUISITIONS AND ALLOTMENT OF CONSIDERATION SHARES

Following the Company's previous announcements relating to its proposed acquisition of four properties in Germany (the "Acquisitions"), which constitutes a reverse takeover under the Listing Rules, the Company is pleased to announce that it has completed three of the four Acquisitions, subject to the re-listing of the Company's shares pursuant to Listing Rule 5.6.21 and their re-admission to trading.

The consideration is for a total of 51,411,441 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.02 in the capital of the Company and have been allotted at a price of 17p per share (the "Consideration Shares"). The Acquisition of these three properties still constitutes a reverse takeover under the Listing Rules.

Details relating to the acquisition of the fourth property, and consideration shares allotted pursuant thereto, will be given in due course.

Application for the Consideration Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on or around 15 June 2017.
