On 31st May 2012, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc via one of its subsidiaries exercised its option to acquire the final 25% interest in Beleggingsmaatschappij Lemore B.V., the Dutch holding company of its Russian joint venture, Medcom MP, from Abraca B.V. The gross assets of the business as at 31st December 2011 were £80.6 million. This company was purchased as part of the SSL acquisition in November 2010.
