MITIE Group PLC - Completion of the acquisition of Environmental Property Services

MITIE Group PLC is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 20 November 2009, it has completed the transaction to acquire the entire issued share capital of Environmental Property Services Ltd ("EPS") from Uberior Holdings Ltd, the EPS senior management team and Alchemy Partners. The details of the transaction are as previously announced and all completion conditions have been met.
