BAE Systems completes acquisition of L-1 Intelligence Services Group

Further to the announcement of 20 September 2010, BAE Systems has completed the acquisition of L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc.'s Intelligence Services Group (ISG) for a total purchase price of approximately $297 million in cash.

ISG is comprised of SpecTal, LLC, Advanced Concepts, Inc., and McClendon, LLC. The ISG operations will become an integral, complementary part of BAE Systems' growing Intelligence & Security sector.
