Subsidiary announces purchase of 308 residential units in Dortmund, Germany
Further to the Company's announcement on 26 August 2014, regarding the exchange of contracts for the purchase of a portfolio of 308 residential units in Dortmund, Germany (the "Transaction") by Brack Capital Properties N.V ("BCP"), the real estate investment platform of the Company in Germany, whose shares are traded on the TASE. The Company is pleased to announce that BCP, has now completed the transaction.
