Standard Life acquires threesixty

Standard Life plc ('the Company') today announces that, on 12 March 2010, it purchased outright the intermediary support services business, threesixty, from the former partners.

The Company previously held a 25% stake in threesixty, which comprises threesixty Services LLP, threesixty Support LLP and threesixty IFA LLP.
