Aster Group completes merger with disability charity Enham Trust
Aster Group and disability charity, Enham Trust have today confirmed the successful completion of their merger.
Aster Group, headquartered in Wiltshire, is a not-for-dividend housing association with over 35,000 homes and 1,720 employees. It serves customers across the south of England.
Enham Trust, based in Andover, Hampshire, is a disability charity that supports disabled people to live and work as independently as possible. Enham Trust owns over 300 homes including those for social rent, supported living and residential care services.
The partnership increases Aster's net assets from £889m to £894m.
