Acquisition update

Dods announces today that the conditions relating to completion of the placing and clearance from the Office of Fair Trading under the agreement between Dods and the Emap Limited for the acquisition of DeHavilland have not been met and the acquisition agreement has therefore ceased to have effect. Dods and Emap Limited continue to be engaged in dialogue on the terms of a possible new agreement. Further announcements will be made when appropriate.
