ACQUISITION UPDATE
Further to the announcement by Dalata on 17 December 2014 of its proposed Acquisition of the Moran Bewley's Hotel Group and Placing of 18,300,000 Placing Shares and the further announcement on 5 January 2015 regarding the result of the EGM and shareholder approval of the Acquisition, Dalata is pleased to announce that it has obtained CCPC approval for the Acquisition.
An updated timetable to completion and admission of the Placing Shares will be announced shortly.
